About Allison Trimble & Blake Westhoff

Blake and Allison bring unmatched energy, expertise, and authenticity to the real estate arena. With over fifteen years of friendship and collaboration rooted in humor and horses, their story began with backyard horses and has evolved into a nationally recognized partnership in equestrian real estate. Their early bond over horsemanship grew into a professional alliance as they trained and competed in NRCHA and NRHA events across the country—building not just riding skill, but a deep understanding of the equestrian lifestyle that uniquely equips them to serve clients at the highest level.

After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Animal Science and AgriBusiness, Allison spent over a decade as a professional horsewoman before returning to the family business of real estate. Blake, a Western Washington University graduate, followed a similar path—transitioning from horse training to real estate, coming back together full circle, and launching AB Real Estate in 2016.  With over $300 million in career sales and dual licensure in Washington State and Alaska, they offer hard-won experience and specialized insight into the challenges of buying and selling equestrian and rural properties. Their success is built on a shared commitment to excellence, a love of the land, and an understanding that horse properties demand a level of expertise most agents simply can’t offer.

Beyond buying and selling, Blake and Allison are passionate advocates for private property rights and active leaders in Government Affairs. Their dedication to protecting the rural lifestyle fuels their ongoing involvement in legislative advocacy at the local and state levels. As proud members of the REALTOR® organization, they uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethics in the industry. 

In Early 2025 Allison and Blake launched EquiAgent, a first of its kind Equestrian Property Specialist Designation and community membership to elevate the industry. Through the Equestrian Real Estate Academy and EquiAgent designation, they’re not only honoring those who paved the way but empowering the next generation of equestrian property specialists.
