As a result, he has always had his finger on the pulse of real estate trends and property valuations—something he’s always on top of. Barrett’s wife, Madelyn, is also a Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty agent, as are her parents—the original founders of Kuper Sotheby’s International Realty—a trusted name in Texas real estate for several generations.
