As a lifelong equestrian—many locals know me as Charlie—I specialize in ranch and land sales, bringing a unique depth of expertise to this market. I am a member of the Realtor Land Institute, and I am currently working towards the distinction of Accredited Land Consultant, with extensive experience in the technical aspects of land and ranch properties, including water and mineral rights, equestrian facilities, and barn design. I am also a licensed horse appraiser, providing clients with comprehensive knowledge of both the property and equine values. I serve as the Roaring Fork Valley representative for the Global Equestrian Advisor group that markets properties around the world. This platform allows us to network our properties to reach well beyond the usual marketing channels for our clientele.  I also sit on the board of the Snowmass Western Heritage Association that runs the Snowmass Rodeo over the summers and have recently authored an international bestseller, Cowgirl Poetry.
 
In addition to my equestrian specialization(s), I am recognized as a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist and a Rental Specialist. I work alongside my personal and professional partner, Mark Lewis; allowing us to serve a diverse range of clients with comprehensive market knowledge. Having owned properties in Aspen, Snowmass, and Carbondale, we possess firsthand insight into the purchasing process throughout the valley. We’ve built strong relationships with colleagues, and our services extend well beyond the buy/sell experience. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the ranch riding my horse Apple, or Mark and I enjoying skiing, hiking, and biking throughout this magnificent valley.

Being a life-long equestrian, Chantal – or Charlie as many locals call her, has extensive knowledge of ranches and barns on the Roaring Fork Valley and she sits on the board of the Roaring Fork Valley Horse Council. In addition to being a Resort and Second Home Specialist and recognized as a Rental Specialist, she has recently earned the distinction of becoming a Transitional Land Specialist with the Realtor Land Institute, providing expert knowledge in ranch and agricultural properties. She is also a qualified and licensed horse appraiser. When she isn’t working, you will find her on the ranch riding her horse Apple or enjoying skiing, hiking, and biking.
