Chelsey is licensed in both Colorado and Oklahoma and works with clients across luxury
homes, equestrian and golf properties, and investment real estate. Her clients come to her

building a portfolio. Wherever they begin, she brings a level of clarity that allows them to

Her perspective is shaped not only by her work as a broker, but by her experience as an
investor and entrepreneur. Chelsey owns and manages both long-term and short-term
rental properties and has been involved in development projects ranging from single-family
homes to multi-unit investments. That hands-on experience gives her a grounded

Before real estate, Chelsey was a Division I golfer at the University of Oklahoma. That
experience continues to shape how she shows up in her work. She is focused, composed

negotiations, advises on timing, and brings a steady, confident presence to every step of

At home, Chelsey is a wife and a mother of three, which grounds her in the reality that real

Outside of work, Chelsey spends much of her time in the equestrian world with her horses,
