Mary Lou Pinckney an Associate Broker with Select Sotheby’s International Realty is the Director of Corporate Relocation Services. Mary Lou specializes in Relocation, New Construction and Condominium Sales, covering the Greater Capital-Saratoga region of New York State. Mary Lou is a highly regarded member of the Real Estate community offering expert service backed by strong ethics. She has consistently been rated in the Top 100 Real Estate Agentss in the Capital District by the Capital District Business Review and has received the Women's Council Award and International Diamond Award consecutively for the past 15 years. Additionally, Mary Lou is a member of the President’s Club of Select Sotheby’s International Realty. Furthermore, Mary Lou is also a member of the Saratoga Economic Development Corporation whose mission is to retain existing businesses while creating new business opportunities in Saratoga County.

A life-long Capital District resident, Mary Lou values the importance of giving back to the community she serves. She sits on the Board of Directors for the Capital District YMCA and was the recipient of the 2018 President's Award. She is a member of the Action Council for Saratoga Performing Arts and an active volunteer with the Leukemia Foundation and Albany Medical Pediatric Oncology. She was also a former board member of the Make a Wish Foundation for two terms. Mary Lou has completed professional courses in the areas of Principles & Practices of Real Estate Law, Relocation, Real Estate Appraisal, New Construction Principles, Corporate Sales & Marketing. Mary Lou is a Nationally Accredited Buyer’s Agent and is a Certified Resort and Second Home Specialist. In addition, for the past 10 years she was the relocation account executive for Tokyo Electron at Albany Nano Tech, Trans World Music Corp., Plug Power and Map Info. Mary Lou combines her designation as a Relocation Specialist with her extensive experience serving the relocation needs of major companies throughout the Capital-Saratoga region and vast knowledge of the area to offer unparalleled service to clients relocating to the area, as well as buyers and sellers who already call the region their home.
