About Megan Mathews

An associate broker in Westlake Village, a short drive north of Los Angeles. A lifelong equestrian, she started out as a groom for polo in the Pacific Palisades while she worked her way through UCLA. After graduating, Megan worked as an animal trainer for film and television for 30 years.

 

Having traveled all over the world working with animals on set, Megan grew to love the world of real estate. 

 

Her specialty in farm, ranch, and vineyard properties was a natural progression since her clients had horses and needed properties to suit their passions.

 

Megan's dual membership in both Ventura and Los Angeles MLS boards has allowed her to showcase clients' properties to the fullest extent and learn about the numerous equestrian pockets throughout southern California. 

 

Named Rising Star in 2019, her client-focused excellence is the hallmark of her business. Still an avid rider and tennis player, she continues to provide white-glove service at every price point.
