As a key part of his practice, he has spent more than 15 years working with hospital systems and medical practices including MUSC, HCA, Novant Health, and Emerge Ortho helping incoming physicians and their families find homes.

Before joining Daniel Ravenel Sotheby's International Realty, Mukunda was with Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Asheville, N.C and previously co-founded the award-winning firm Dixon Pacifica Real Estate in Asheville, which he successfully sold in 2016. His extensive background in real estate, combined with two decades of experience, allows him to skillfully navigate the complexities of buying and selling homes, equestrian estates, and commercial properties.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Mukunda grew up in Blacksburg, Virginia. He holds an undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University and a master's degree from Virginia Tech, and he will complete a business excellence certificate from Columbia Business School in 2026. Now firmly established in Charleston, he enjoys exploring the Lowcountry with his wife, Sara, daughter, Sophie, and their dogs, Sammy and Penny. His passions include supporting the arts, playing music, playing tennis, and practicing real estate.
