Complementing her practical expertise, Rachelle holds a diploma in Petroleum Land Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, equipping her with a sophisticated understanding of land transactions, contracts, and regulatory frameworks — an invaluable asset in complex rural and agricultural sales.
