About Susan Kennedy

A genuine interest in helping people combined with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and organizational skills have played an integral role in my successful 21-year career in real estate. I earned a degree from the University of Kentucky, majoring in Business Marketing with an emphasis on International Marketing. I believe my partnership with Bluegrass Sotheby’s International Realty enables me to expand and enhance this level of service.

I am a member of several organizations including Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. I am a supporter and Board Member of Lexington Catholic High School & Girls on the Run. I have completed multiple remodel projects in the Chevy Chase area and have worked closely on remodel projects with some of the leading kitchen and bath designers and builders in the area.

I strive to bring a fresh, new dimension to selling real estate with an emphasis in remodeling & investing. In my free time, I take advantage of the outdoors with loved ones. Spending time in nature is my favorite hobby. I also love horse racing, watching my kids’ soccer games and enjoying the lake.
