Prior to working in real estate, Kimberly Wilson worked in the equestrian business in horse training, breeding, and sales. When she began working in real estate, she focused her business on selling luxury equestrian farms, leveraging her background and knowledge of horses and the needs of horse owners to properly market and sell those properties. Kimberly has moved from solely focusing on equestrian properties to primarily focusing on residential properties in South Tampa.
She grew up in South Tampa, attended Berkeley Preparatory School, UCLA and the University of Tampa. Being deeply rooted in the community makes her a vital asset to her customers. It is her mission to provide excellent service with every attention to detail that her customers can appreciate and depend on.
Kimberly is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and Greater Tampa REALTORS®. She has earned Master Certified Negotiation Expert® designation through the Real Estate Negotiation Institute and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing SpecialistTM (CLHMS) designation through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Personally, Kimberly has been extensively involved in fundraising for a local South Tampa school and is a past president of their parents’ club. She is also on the executive board of the Boy Scouts of America Greater Tampa Bay Area Council.
Kimberly finds fulfillment in doing service work with her family for other local charities, such as Metropolitan Ministries. She enjoys snow skiing, backpacking, camping and exploring the world with her family.
